The truth is, you can post on Instagram all day, create YouTube videos, send daily emails, and show up on every platform out there. But if your inner alignment—your heart, soul, and divine channel—aren’t in the right place, it’s unlikely to create lasting success. Sure, you might gain some likes or followers, but will it build the transformational business or the life you’re envisioning? Probably not.

This is especially true in the psychedelic space, where true success stems from deep soul alignment, authentic leadership, and stepping into who you’re meant to be in the world. Marketing strategies and systems are essential (and I teach those too), but they’re not the whole picture.

Cacao has been revered as sacred medicine for cent

Cacao has been revered as sacred medicine for centuries—“the food of the gods,” opening hearts and deepening connection. 🌱

She’s now found all over the world... another example of nature’s endless abundance and how much we’re given from her in this lifetime. But with abundance comes responsibility. In the Indigenous cultures that have used cacao for thousands of years, there’s always been an understanding of reciprocity—that we need to give back in return for what we receive.

This summer, I had the honor to visit Huaca Montegrande, the birthplace of the world’s oldest domesticated cacao (6,000 years old!). I was moved to tears by the power and beauty of this lesser known sacred site that’s connected to one of my favorite plant medicines…

Sadly, the archeological site is now out of funding at immediate risk of permanent closure due to a lack of funding. If the excavations cease and the site closes, the opportunity to learn from Montegrande’s ancient relics and continued findings may be lost forever.

Over the years, I’ve learned to deeply listen to

Over the years, I’ve learned to deeply listen to my authentic truth. This has brought up a lot of challenges around what is next for me on my path and truly listening to what feels right and authentic versus what I believe I should do, or what makes the most logical sense.

But the more I slow down and listen and tune in to my higher self voice guiding me along my path, the more everything seems to flow in a easy, graceful way. It’s so hard for so many to slow down and tune in, but it seems that the more I tune into who I truly am and what I truly want, even if it doesn’t make sense, the more everything guides me to receive the most beautiful surprises that the great mystery of life has to offer.

Very often, I can tune in with what’s happening around the world and think things are going in the wrong direction, but I am constantly reminding myself of the beauty and polarity of the other side of what seems to be hard and challenging on Earth. While I do believe it’s important to truly feel the grief and the sadness, there’s always the complete opposite of that, which is the birthing of a more beautiful world that our hearts know is possible.

I am so grateful to be able to have this awareness, to see the beauty of the flowers in my garden and listen to the songs of the bees and connect with the Hawks overhead, the trees that continue to grow, and know that there’s a bigger plan in store, and all I have to do is relax, trust, love, give gratitude, and keep on walking in good ways with great Creator. 🙏🏻✨
