True Path Success: How to Create Sustainable Income on the Soul-Aligned Path of a Spiritual Entrepreneur
What does it REALLY take to become an aligned, embodied, spiritual entrepreneur in your truest essence and authenticity? In my business coaching programs and other Soul Expansion work, I share a lot about being authentic, your true self, in integrity with your values, and sharing your voice – a.k.a. “Your Unique Medicine”.
A big part of your success as a coach, healer, therapist, guide or mentor requires you to be able to be fully seen and heard. This is, unfortunately, a huge “block” for most of my clients when they come to me. They’re often scared to share themselves fully. They often have imposter syndrome or feel stuck or blocked when it comes to their business.
This is where joining some kind of business coaching program and just being told on day one, “okay, now go make 100 videos of yourself talking about your business” doesn’t actually work for most newer coaches, healers, therapists, facilitators, or mentors in their first 1-3 years of their business.
There’s some other deeper work to do at the same time you take the action steps.
During one of my recent workshops, I was talking about all of this above and someone asked “Um, when are you getting to the part about how to grow your coaching business?”…. suggesting that what I was sharing wasn’t what she was looking to hear, and what she wanted to know was “the secret formula to $100K months”.
I thought that was interesting because I’d been talking about coaches, healers, and those working with psychedelic medicines, having clarity in their offerings, finding your alignment, stepping into your authenticity , and sharing your voice… and I think this person was just looking for me to give her “the secret strategy” to making money.
(This is where I make jokes that you can post on Instagram 100 times a day and see how it goes. If you don’t have clarity in your business, don’t know who you’re speaking to and how to effectively speak to them, then posting 100 times a day won’t make you the money!)
Why I Don’t Do B.S. Marketing Like So Many Business Coaches Do…
You see it ALL THE TIME on social media, business coaches touting promises that “You, too, can have $100K Months!”
First things first… you CAN have $100K months!! I’ve had them and I’ve had plenty of clients make 5- and 6-figures in a month! But, there is an illusion in the coaching industry that there’s some kind of secret formula magick “grow your business quick” pill, some simple cookie-cutter way that you can only find out if you are in the know, and that is NOT what I teach or promote in my deep work to help my clients to their success (you can see a few client testimonials here and interviews with many past clients here on my YouTube). There’s no shortcut to success and no quick tips to get your business going in a strong and significant way. Here’s the truth. You can pour all of your energy into posting on Instagram 10 times a day, writing an email every day, making YouTube videos, etc.
And as you create and post content everyday, it’s likely that you’ll get some likes and followers, but is it going to be enough to grow into a successful 6-figure business?
If you don’t have clarity within yourself first, and any deeper alignments and truths going on in your soul and in your heart, then none of that effort is really going to help you get to where you wanna be, which is why I don’t serve the kind of people that just want easy answers and a “make tons of money overnight in your coaching business” formula.
The masterclass I had been teaching was a workshop on being of service in the psychedelic medicine space. Psychedelics, more than any industry or modality out there, require you to be in the deepest soul alignment and get out of your own way to achieve success. It requires a shift away from the traditional and masculine paradigm of growing a business.
Beyond The “Old Paradigm” of Business
There’s nothing wrong with traditional ways of doing business, and I DO teach literal step-by-step strategies and effective business growth methodologies in my business coaching programs. There are “old paradigm” ways of doing business that do still work and *are* necessary. Often people in the coaching industry call it “bro marketing”, referring to the overly-masculine BS that promises millions but often turns out to be a crock of you-know-what.
In the “new paradigm” of service-based coaching and healing businesses run by heart-centered people, I teach about the importance of having clarity within, a solid foundation in who you truly are as a soul-centered leader, as a divine channel, and as a space holder for people’s hearts, souls and transformation. This is what I refer to as the New Paradigm of Conscious Leadership and Soul-Led Business.
Inside of my Business Coaching Programs, I lay out all the items in addition to AND beyond “traditional marketing” that are required for building a spiritually-led business that can grow and thrive. (Especially if you are doing work with psychedelics and sacred medicines as your business). At the same time as doing “action steps”, I also guide my clients through the deeper, internal and subconscious work it takes to more easily get clients, make good money, and grow an authentic, aligned business that you love.
After getting that comment during my workshop, I was inspired to share more about the real work, and what it takes to actually move the needle forward in your business to have it be easier and more fun.

Your True Path: The Core Components of my Coaching Programs
I made three below “infographics” related to the core values of ALL of my Coaching Programs,: Be, Do, Have.
Let me explain how it works. It’s not about getting thousands of followers first and then becoming an aligned entrepreneur — it’s the opposite. You have to first “become” and do the deeper work before the success can happen.
Whether you’re working with tons of clients or earning around $500,000 a year or just starting out and don’t have clarity, you need to embody the successful version of yourself and step out of your own way. In my case, it’s not like I have a client here and there.
I do year-round coaching with about 75 to 150 clients annually, and I’ve been able to repeatedly observe what holds people back. Year after year, I’ve seen that clarity is essential. Without it, you won’t know what to say on social media, your website, or anywhere else.
Yes, you need a strategy, and you definitely need some structure and systems in place to keep your business running smoothly.
DO: The Chakra System of a Successful Soul Business
The lack of foundational and necessary business structures and systems is actually something I see often with newer entrepreneurs. I understand they think they should be doing X or Y and focused on getting clients, but without these solid basic root chakra basics FIRST, they end up asking, “Why aren’t I getting consistent clients? Why don’t I have any steady or consistent income? Why am I so overwhelmed? I’m stuck in feast or famine!”
And this usually comes down to them skipping over “root chakra” elements like systems, structures, and support. The same goes for clarity: if you’re unsure what your business looks like, who your ideal clients are, how to effectively communicate to potential clients, and what to say on social media, at a workshop, or on your website, how are your potential clients supposed to want to work with you??
Clear messaging is crucial for calling in new clients, and it begins with CLARITY. Root chakra. The very first step that I will walk you through when we work together will be what gives you the CLARITY that you seek!
Once your foundation is strong, you can move into client attraction—your marketing and enrollment—where you learn to confidently guide someone to engage with your services.
Whether you’re serving plant medicines or running a coaching program, you need to learn how to speak to your audience effectively so that they build trust in you. Clients should feel your energy, know they can rely on you, and feel comfortable investing in working with you.
Tapping in to Your Heart Chakra
The heart chakra is where you attract clients, and from there, you need to tap into your intuition, your divine channel. It’s not just about masculine structures, steps, and strategies; it’s also about being in tune with yourself. You must connect with your heart, soul, and the energy of your potential clients.
If there’s a disconnect between you and your potential clients—whether in communication, energy, or what you stand for—they won’t feel drawn to work with you, and that’s perfectly fine.
You’re not meant to reach all 8 billion people on this earth; you’re here to connect with those who are truly aligned with your mission, the people you feel called to serve, and who are naturally drawn to you. That’s where connection matters most.
And let’s be real—no one feels confident all the time. But with the right support and connections, you start to believe in yourself more deeply. This foundation strengthens your confidence and helps you serve authentically, and you then start to believe in yourself more.

Often, when these feelings come up, there are deeper wounds beneath the surface. Much of this conditioning is ingrained from our earliest years on Earth—and sometimes even beyond that.
Learning How to Unblock Your Limiting Beliefs & Stuck Patterns
These patterns are common to everyone; they may stem from upbringing or be deeply embedded in our epigenetic cellular memory. There’s powerful subconscious reprogramming work we can do to help shift these patterns and build a stronger foundation of self-belief.
As a client, in addition to the business coaching and support, you get one-on-one Transformational NLP (neuro-linguistic programming)sessions to help you clear these blocks. It’s not about getting rid of them entirely, but to create space around them so that they’re not blocking your path as much.
With subconscious reprogramming through the Transformational NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) I weave into my coaching, your limiting beliefs are no longer blocks that are keeping you stuck. Instead, we go into them, uncover them, transmute them which frees up your creation energy, and allow you to become more of Who You Truly Are and clear channel for your purpose. (And this is where your business and calling in clients and money seemingly seems like MAGIC and becomes EASY).
Being Present and Being of Service
Presence is crucial. When you’re overly focused on the future—where your business is going, if it will succeed, what it might look like in two years—you lose connection to the present moment and to the work you’re doing right now.
Having a regular practice that keeps you present brings you back into alignment, helping you stay fully engaged in your journey as it unfolds. (For those who have attended my workshops over the years, you know that I speak about how presence is essential).
The more you stay in the present moment—rather than getting caught up in future outcomes or frustrated by past setbacks—the better your business will thrive, and the more effective you’ll be as a leader and a channel of service for others.
Service is also at the heart of this. If you’re drawn to be a coach, healer, psychedelic facilitator, therapist, bodyworker, acupuncturist, or someone expanding into group work or coaching, you’re already on a path of service. Presence strengthens this purpose, allowing you to show up fully for those you’re called to help.
You’re here to be of service, and this is one of the framework pieces of becoming an aligned entrepreneur.
Leadership is also essential—not in terms of having a massive following, but in who you BE as a leader. True leadership isn’t defined by your Instagram followers. New Paradigm Leadership has you lead from your heart, values collaboration over competition, is regenerative, and values purpose and the greater good over profits is what the world is moving into as the old ways that don’t serve are crumbling.
Stepping into Your Role as a Heart-Led Leader
I know people who present themselves as big leaders online, yet their real-world presence and actions don’t align with that image. I’ve seen this firsthand through collaborations, where their actual influence doesn’t match their online persona. Real leadership is about showing up authentically in the world, beyond social media, and making a genuine impact.
Some people get caught up in self-centered thinking and don’t even see the bigger picture, which is about serving other human beings and making a difference on earth. This ego-centered approach is unfortunate, especially when I see people in the psychedelic space presenting themselves as leaders.
Real leadership isn’t about your social media; it’s about how you lead yourself and those around you in a genuine, selfless way. Leadership means going beyond your ego to focus on the greater purpose of making a difference and a contribution to the world.
Clear, Connected Communication = Clients
Communication is something a lot of people struggle with, and I get it. I struggled with it for a long time, too. In my business coaching programs, I teach that effective communication isn’t just about what to say or how to say it; it’s about communicating who You Truly Are and clearing the blocks that hold you back from sharing your voice.
If you can’t clearly communicate what you stand for in your business and how you serve others, people won’t feel drawn to work with you because they won’t understand your values or the unique way you help.
Communication has many layers. It’s about crafting effective messaging, articulating the value of your work, and expressing what your business stands for. But it’s also about your core values, your vision for change, and how you show up.
Are you communicating from a place of fear or from a strong commitment to the change you want to create for your clients? Personally, I’m open about not always enjoying making videos, reels, or even podcasts. But I do it because I’m standing up for the people I want to help and for the change I want to see on the earth. That purpose helps me set aside fear and self-doubt and show up for others.
In my Coaching Programs, you’ll learn how to feel confident about sharing yourself and integrating your experiences—not just in a psychedelic sense, but as a fully embodied human.
It’s easy to jump from one peak experience to the next, whether through psychedelics, retreats, or trainings. But true integration means internalizing these experiences and using them to offer your unique medicine to others. Integration is about making these insights part of who you are, then sharing that in a way that serves and inspires.
Showing Up with Authenticity
In today’s world, where so much content is superficial or generated soullessly by AI, authenticity is more important than ever. People, especially those in the healing and psychedelic spaces, are highly attuned to energy.
They’ll sense if what you’re sharing isn’t genuine. So this is a call to be your most authentic self, and that’s a core part of what you will cultivate together with my support. Being in the right energy—aligned, present, and true—is crucial to the work we do together.
Yes, there will be days when your energy is off. It’s part of being human. I experience it, we all do. But if you want a business that supports you and brings in good income, you can’t stay in that low-energy space for long.
Feeling stuck in self-doubt, frustration, or resentment about things not working—like a post not performing or a product not selling—can block your ability to attract clients. This is why mastering your energy is essential. Learning to radiate your energy will draw people to you naturally.
I teach both the energetic and the practical sides—the masculine strategies, structures, and steps—because it takes both to be successful. Together, this creates embodiment.
Embodying Your Purpose
Embodiment means integrating these principles into your whole being, not just trying to think your way to results or clarity. It’s about a visceral knowing that you’re here to share something meaningful, that your work is part of who you are. When you feel this deeply in your cells, you bring it powerfully into the world.
This alignment with your purpose is key. Embodied purpose means you’re living your soul’s mission, and that brings ease to everything you do. But if you’re still discovering your purpose, that’s okay. Your first step in the coaching program is to explore it.
Purpose isn’t static; it’s ever-evolving. It grows and shifts as you grow, guiding you moment by moment. So it’s not about reaching a final destination but about having a beacon that’s guiding you in the present moment.
You start from the roots, laying a strong foundation. Just as in ancient wisdom traditions, when you clear each layer, you open up the next. This is the work you will do: beginning with grounding at the root level and moving upward from there.
The Importance of Integration
In my Business Coaching and Soul Expansion Programs, we do not leave out the deep integration work. When something surfaces, it needs to be acknowledged, brought to light, and well integrated. Otherwise, your identity might not be able to handle the new way of Be-ing. When you have the support of extremely effective change work like Transformational NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), your neurology, psyche, and identity more easily stabilize and allow your (seemingly magical) new reality of more clients, abundance, and fulfillment.
Ignoring the deeper not-conscious patterns that run beneath the surface will only keep them playing out and keeping you stuck over and over again.
This is true for all the work we will do. Whether it’s around money, receiving, worthiness, or feeling like an imposter, you are supported to change the blocks and patterns to create a new reality.
Mindset work is an important piece of what I help people work on in my Coaching Programs. We work to clear these blocks, because no amount of marketing strategy will help if you don’t believe in yourself or constantly feel like an imposter, and potential clients are going to feel that energy.
This is when it’s important to work with an experienced coach like me who has been trained in effective modalities for helping you shift your beliefs and create space for your higher self to emerge.
This process lets you connect to who you truly are rather than being trapped in old programming that tells you you’re not good enough. Unraveling those layers is essential to becoming an open and authentic channel of service.
BE: Embodiment of an Aligned Entrepreneur
So what exactly is involved in building your business from the ground up? First, you will build a foundation: clarity, structure, systems, effective messaging, connecting, marketing and sales.
Clarity, or the root chakra, is essential because it gives you the words and confidence to explain your business and share who you are.
Once that’s in place, you will move into messaging and attraction—understanding how to communicate what you offer and attract clients. There’s no one secret formula for client attraction.
Instead, I teach a variety of approaches, from fast and easy methods to those that may take longer but align with your unique style. This way, you’re empowered to choose the approach that resonates most with you.
While stepping out of your comfort zone is part of growth, I won’t push you into strategies that feel wrong or forced. It’s about finding methods that challenge you but also excite you, so you’re motivated to keep moving forward.
Many coaches rely on a single, one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter strategy, but generic business strategies do NOT work the same for everyone. Each human has unique designs and preferences; for those familiar with Human Design, Gene Keys, or astrology, you understand how these differences matter.
This is why I not only include a special 2-5 hour long Soul’s True Will Evolutionary Astrology reading with my own astrologer that you get right when we start working together (no, he is not found anywhere on the internet!) And I walk you through a range of aligned strategies and work together with you to discover what fits you best, what works for you and your ideal clients, all while guiding you to make the most aligned strategies work effectively so you get more clients, make more money and love what you do.
“Your Unique Medicine”
This isn’t about cookie-cutter formulas; it’s about the right alignment with your true essence, and getting unstuck to share your Truth. When you become a clear channel for your unique medicine, your message, your business (and entire life) starts to flow more easily and naturally.
And as you continue to expand, I walk you through the heart-aligned way to enroll clients (a.k.a. “sales”). You can have all the pieces in place, but if you don’t know how to communicate in a way that encourages a potential client to say yes or no with confidence, you may struggle to gain traction. This next phase is all about having those conversations that turn interest into commitment.
Then you will dive into deeper levels of your unique medicine, your self-expression, your positioning and work together to truly know how you stand out as a leader in your field. This phase is all about truly tapping into your unique medicine and moving past any blocks or fears to embody this more authentic version of your Self.
Throughout your time in the program, you’ll identify and release old programming, beliefs, and subconscious blocks. Clearing these creates space for your truest self to shine through, allowing you to step forward with confidence.
At every stage of growth and expansion, you’ll likely come up against new blocks. This is why having the ongoing support to clear the subconscious blocks and master your mindset–because new challenges are bound to pop up on your business growth journey. This is where subconscious reprogramming come in (as I mentioned before, I integrate transformational NLP into all of my coaching programs – this has been THE most effective modalities for rapid transformation and clearing blocks that there is!)
It may seem like “magic” to you… where “clients out of the blue” and ease and abundance starts to flow into your business, which is why I call it being an Aligned Entrepreneur.
When you truly “clear the blocks”, you allow the ancient wisdom that already exists within you to channel through you.
When you’re living more from your True Self as channel in this state, in alignment, things seem to more easily flow and “manifest”.
This is NOT about neglecting practical strategies like showing up for your audience, connecting to other human beings, social media, marketing, emails, etc; instead, it’s about having everything aligned so these steps feel fun, inspirational, and effortless.
The crown chakra is that space where we open to a sense of oneness with Source, tapping into a higher alignment that goes beyond the individual. Some of you may have experienced this through plant medicine, deep meditation, or Kundalini activations.
It’s a metaphor, of course, but the feeling of being in alignment is profound. When you’re aligned in this way, there’s a flow—an abundance that seems to come from everywhere, and things begin to happen with ease.
Divine Abundance: Ease, Flow and Synchronicities
My clients often describe it as almost magical, like suddenly signing a $10,000 client, receiving money out of nowhere, or returning from a break to find new clients waiting for them. They experience this repeatedly, and so do I.
What I want for you is this exact state of ease and alignment. And no, it’s not about pretending you don’t need practical actions like social media, email marketing, or networking. Rather, it’s about setting up all the pieces, from strategy to mindset, and then allowing alignment to guide the process.
When you’ve done the work in the Coaching Program and fully align yourself with your purpose and messaging, these “Masculine Earth” strategies become lighter, and success feels natural and effortless.
This flow is the heart of being an Aligned Entrepreneur, where alignment paves the way for abundance to flow with ease.
I’ve seen the most surprising manifestations unfold for my clients. Not just business wins, new clients, or money, but life-changing opportunities that go far beyond the professional.
I’ve had clients who suddenly find themselves able to buy a house they never thought they could afford, or who meet partners and fall in love, sometimes after years of feeling stuck.
I’ve watched my clients receive unexpected job offers, career changes, and promotions—or even be guided out of jobs that no longer serve them in such a seamless way that it feels divinely orchestrated.
There’s this consistent thread of positive transformation that appears when clients align with their purpose. Year after year, my clients share these seemingly impossible stories with me. Sometimes, people will even tell me about literally being handed money out of nowhere.
It’s hard to logically explain, but there’s a flow that happens when you’re deeply in tune with your soul’s calling, supported by structure and community, and held accountable by a coach.
HAVE: Divine Abundance
When you have all these elements aligned and in balance – your purpose, your clients, and you – you start to step into the highest version of yourself, and life seems to open up in response. This is what my “Pyramid Of Divine Abundance” illustrates above.
It’s truly magical how aligning with your purpose and moving through blocks can set off a chain reaction of synchronicities, inviting in what’s meant for you in ways you might never have imagined.
