There’s nothing to heal “first”. You do not need to heal in order to help others as a healer, coach or psychedelic-assisted pioneer. All humans have a range of problems and emotions. True healing is NOT to get rid of them, but to skillfully accept and integrate them. If you don’t feel you are ready to help others “until…”, it’s likely a unsupportive belief causing you to feel “not enough”. But the truth is, you ARE enough.
